4th time I've stayed, the last two as Diamond, and I won't be returning.

Three nights. Staff very kind but, this time, I certainly noticed how awful the English is spoken by staff. This was particularly true at breakfast where the servers understanding of English was first grade level. Goat cheese came back as cheddar, soft omelet came back as split, and grapefruit obviously meant orange juice. It was so bad that I ended up using google translate.

Of course, if the food was good, I wouldn't have minded so much, but the breakfast that I remembered so fondly the previous three visits was horrible -- possibly the worst in the park hyatt chain (and I've been to almost all).

One evening dinner ordered by room service arrived cold and it took three calls downstairs to find the right person who understood what "food arrived cold" meant.
My upgrade to a suite was okay -- the furniture is very dated and uncomfortable so we barely used the living room.

It will be the Andaz Tokyo next time.
