Very poor Fclass product to Central America

Just returned from Costa Rica with the spouse. Flew in paid First/Biz there and back. MSP - ATL - SJO, then LIR - ATL - MSP. The 737-8s to/from ATL were in VERY poor shape and the food was the worst I've had in years on Delta. No video screen at all on the way down and a tiny, crappy one (maybe 5" ?) for the ride back. Broken arm rests. Carpet smelled like urine, no pre departure beverage either way. No GoGo in this market either. You'd think if they can figure out EMEA/Asia GoGo that a 4 hour flight south could work as well?

The US segment product, even though it was on an old (pre 90s) MD88 was vastly superior.

Does DL not care about this market? Plenty of competition on America, Southwest, United, and others.

I'll be sending in a letter.
