You should get an email inviting you to choose whether to keep or gift the 15,000 MQMs. Once you make the selection, the MQMs appear in your account almost instantly (IME within a few minutes and definitely in less than an hour). Then DL will probably update your status overnight.

When you see the 15,000 RDMs in your account, you might try to search on delta.dumb for the page that allows you to keep or gift the MQMs before getting the email link. IIRC I've been successful in this but I don't remember exactly how I did it.
