Certs show up in my account day after statement, and they have a one year expiration date!

I clearly signed up for a 6 month expiration offer on the certs, and have not had any interaction with Marriott. Not, I did have a Marriott account before, and that free night (good for a year) is still showing-- but I am clearly seeing the specific Marriott cert, the 3 Club Level upgrades on the RC, and the 2 new "RCR Card 1 Free Night (Tier 1-4)" certs showing an 11/13/06 expiration date.

Anyone else seeing this? I wonder if they've changed the terms recently, but this is pretty big for anyone who might want to triple-up on the $250 annual statement credits by applying for a card now, and potentially getting more time to use the certs.
