Seats in row 14 have a full recline as far as I'm aware. I recently sat in seat 14A and thought it was fine in terms of noise/footfall etc. I would imagine J/K are the same too unless I'm missing something. The nearest toilets are at the rear of the 1st economy cabin, so there are limited people passing these seats from rows 12 & 13 (maybe 8 people who should be using the rear toilets therefore having to pass 14AB/JK).
