Well now they have my physical address so I suppose they can send me physical targeted junk mail. I don't think they had that much info just from sign up. I could however be wrong. My first drivers license had ssn on it and I wouldn't have agreed to send a photo of that, can't believe that used to be a thing. Going to stick to fuel rebates from my grocery for now, which ends up being more lucrative than I previously thought (only no UR 5x). I guess small margins and any risk of fraud could be the real factor, but not sure why they wouldn't contact PayPal to ask about previous PayPal history( large and or frequent purchases, length of account, chargeback history, etc).
