Smile Ends well - eventually

Soon after my first post (coincidentally I'm sure ) I was left a voicemail (typical .. first time my remaining phone had left my side for a week !) asking me to ring another number and confirm the lost property details. Next day I ring that number and .. I listen to a message telling me that 'this number does not accept incoming calls'

So I leave another message on the voicemail number clarifying flight and item details. Later on that day I get another call apologising for the delayed original response (staff shortages) and telling me that my property was handed in and that I could collect it on my way home
