Keep in mind that you have to clear both arrival customs (primary inspection line and secondary inspection line), then outbound security, and US CBP Pre-Clearance in Vancouver.

If it is early morning on a weekday, then departure lines are longer. It might be do-able with Global Entry / Nexus, but I probably won't bet on it. If on line check is offered for your AS leg, then I would definitely do that!
