The 0% forex on Citi AA Platinum MC cards just went live this morning (15 Nov 2015). I see it in my Benefits page when logged into my Citi AA Plat card account. I added it to the wiki, but I don't know of an official benefits page that lists this benefit yet so I didn't provide a link to that.
