McNamara was initially listed at about 2 million square feet at opening, but that was before the concourse B addition and concourse C build-out. I would guess it's at 2.1 - 2.2 currently. Terminal 1 at MSP is listed at 2.8 million square feet. DTW North Terminal is listed at 734,000 square feet vs. 531,700 square feet for terminal 2 (Humphrey) at MSP.

DTW still has two shuttered terminals (Smith and Berry) that are scheduled for demolition. The administrative offices are still in the Smith terminal. They are scheduled to move out in 2017 when they open a new administrative building next to the North Terminal --
