It is bizarre that you think committing a clear criminal offence is some how ok based on your belief that you would be unlikely to be prosecuted. Any other law you wish to suggest people break?
If there is no clear public interest in prosecution, which I would venture in this case there isn't, then the CPS will not prosecute. Perhaps you think BA might go for a private prosecution. Again, taking this too seriously...
