I said “please keep the fare difference and see if you can waive the change fee”. Agent told me no, I asked to speak with a supervisor who said “we’ve already done this for you once, we can’t do it again”. Not sure if the decline this time is due to a lower fare which would trigger a refund or due to “one-time” enforcement. Regardless, they knew that it was done previously.
Was it on the same ticket? Because that would definitely show up on the ticket's history.
