I've been having some problems with RR Shopping as well, but it sounds unrelated if the issue here was about gift cards.

I've been having purchases made through the portal show up many weeks later, if they show up at all - which many aren't. I created a help ticket about the issue and they told me that one my transactions that wasn't showing up yet was "in the system" but it wasn't showing up yet, so to wait a few days. It's weeks later and it still isn't there.

Several other recent purchases are also not showing up
