I fly SW on average twice a month, mainly short hauls in Texas, sometimes longer ones. I am A list Pref and have a Companion Pass.

I got an email a few days ago with a $100 Luv Voucher. I first thought it was a SPAM type email, but it is legit and the number works as a $100 value.

Is it common to get a random LUV Voucher? I never have before and had no reason to have gotten it?
