Programs: It's hard to get status when the website won't let me book flights.

This only works if there is still space available. If the cabin is booked you have to keep your eup and use your eup credits.

also: weird thing I just learned today, if you book and go to com upgrade immeditly but didn't select a seat on the first booking, the webpage just crashes. Tried it 4 times before I figured to go choose a seat and then come back and try the comp up again.
