Just because BA "screws over" its customers, by relying on small print and egregious practices does not justify anyone screwing it over by cheating. In an ideal world, the market would respond. I know it's not an ideal world in that BA has been granted a quasi-monopoly by virtue of its slot position at LHR, but the complaint should be with HMG (permitting a monopoly, inadequate consumer protection) rather than simply trying to cheat them.
