The situation. My parents will be arriving around 18:00 on a Saturday and departing around 12:00 on Sunday. They've recently visited Tokyo with me so there would be no particular need for them to go in to the city.

I have read several of the threads on what to do for one-nighters in Narita and I think there will be plenty to keep them occupied for an evening and morning. But, what I'm looking for are any personal experiences with the various airport hotels. Quality of rooms, english skills, etc... TIA.
