We landed on time. Waited a while for our empty suitcases to appear before being greeted at the arrival hall of KLIA and ushered to our hotel car.
There was a jam upon reaching the hotel due to the start of a convention. Around an hour later, we were checked into our corner suite on Level 21.
Spacious living area
The duty manager invited us to their club lounge on Level 19 for some refreshments and an overview of their facilities. We had our breakfast here for 3 consecutive days. It was always relatively quiet.
There was a Robert Kiyosaki seminar in one of the ballrooms and thousands of attendees made the lobby level a place to avoid in the mornings.
The Peridot Club lounge never had more than 8 people when we were there, including our guests.
