As others have suggested, go for the Park Hyatt if possible. A truly great hotel.

Between the Hilton and Keio Plaza, I'd choose the Hilton. I haven't stayed at the Hilton but, reports are pretty good. I hate the Keio Plaza...to big & crowded with groups.
