There's lots of threads on the Hilton board, but I have found all of my rooms at the Hilton more than adequate, and not small like the typical "Japanese businessman" room. Upgrades are possible, but much better luck if you are Gold or have a coupon.

The Exec Lounge at the Hilton also had breakfast, appetizers and happy hour drinks complimentary.
