I think you just need to be polite, but firm.

"Excuse me, but I think you are in my seat. Could you double check your boarding pass?"

If they refuse to move and you don't want to sit in whatever seat they are offering you, then find a flight attendant.

PS You may look forward to being older, but when you are, I guarantee you will miss your youth. Enjoy it while it lasts!
