I wonder which crews fly the sCO ps flights. Are they international (NTA) crews, or domestic crews?
If they're domestic crews, perhaps they're less familiar with BusinessFirst. I'm sure that all of the crews are trained to provide BusinessFirst service, but the international crews do it all the time.
