I hope so, but 'innovation' in MileagePlus was one of the things he mentioned in his early statements.
And I hope 'simplifying' doesn't mean going to 4 SWUs from 6. Would rather have the somewhat higher fare and more opportunities vs any fare with fewer opportunities.
