Isn't the minimum spend waived up to UA Plat if you spend $25K on your CC. On DL, the minimum speed is waived for all elite levels including Diamond if you spend $25K on you DL CC.

AA isn't going to have a minimum spend as $25K is easy to achieve. Budget conscious people are doing MS - so why bother with the minimum spend in the first place.
