So I went to ATT to pay my bill. AP got declined. Had to call in. Discover security wanted to talk with the employee. Asked him for their merchant ID. he had no idea and no way of finding it. 10 minutes later I walk out unsuccessful.
I am again reminded of the family guy bit for Discover.
