I really did not have a question. Merely a few observations. I did not mean to suggest that some live person made my changes. I know that it was computer driven but it does not make much sense to change my itinerary from a 1 hour 9 minutes connection to one with a 1 hour 13 minutes connection especially if you take into account that the longer the day goes on the more likely the chance for delay.
