Well, I think if you compared retail prices of duty free products, and there are too many to compare, between say the MAB (malaysia airports berhad) duty free rates since they manage and run the duty free store at the international sat building at KLIA and the prices say in Labuan vs the actual duty free prices in retail stores in Labuan, you will find there is a massive difference in price...which kinda defeats the purpose of being duty free and having the benefit of not being taxed for those products..

They should be passing on the savings to customers like other airports do.
