Just spent 4 nights here, and although it wasn't terrible I doubt I'd do it again...

Firstly, the noise. There's excavation/construction going on right next to the hotel. Work is during the day only, but if you're intending to stay in your room at all through the day be sure to get a room that doesn't face the construction. I changed room after 2 nights to one that was much better, until the last night when an event in their ballroom had music going until around 2am (I was on the 7th/top floor and the noise was still loud - I pity people on lower floors - and this was on a Thursday night!).

Temperature. As mentioned be a previous poster, temperate control in the room is shocking. Both rooms had different style temperature controls, but neither worked. Turning it up to the hottest setting frequently resulted in cold air being blown at you, then randomly some time later (eg, an hour later) it might start to warm up. Add to this large glass windows that were freezing to the touch, and a really bad cold draft flowing under the door in one room and it was impossible to get the room temperate right.

Checkin. Good, but no mention of breakfast until I asked, and no mention of the EL at all.

Water pressure. One room was fine here, but the other had serious pressure problems. In particular, the shower would all but turn off every few minutes, then about 30 seconds later restart again at full pressure.

Internet. Actually worked very well. Automatically selected Premium for free based on status, and I was able to get the full 15Mbps advertised for premium (5Mbps for normal, free for everyone). The business center was also good - small but 3 PCs and a printer which worked well.

If I'm back in the area in summer then I may consider staying again - at least if they can guarantee no music-until-2am nights. In winter the room temperature issues will be enough to keep me away.
