In Foodland/Soi 5, and Foodland/Srinakarin Raod, the two Foodland outlets I frequent, they have signs posted everywhere about sales hours, and have ~ 5 staff in the beer/wine/alcohol areas (they don't have a cold beer section) informing people about the sales ban. They are a reputable and recognized brand so I seriously doubt that they'd violate the ban, especially given the recent crackdowns.

The small shops in my neighborhood continue to sell (even shots of all sorts of 'shine) at all hours.
