Not worth it for a meal (depending on the time of the day - ET customers also get a small 'meal') and some extra TPs. I use LCY from ZRH frequently and have no desire to use CE if on BA for the additional premium on such as short flight, unless on a redemption where the only option is CE. I'm mostly on Swiss anyway
