Will 24 hours free cancellation policy apply to EVA change fee?
I purchased EVA elite class online 1 month ago and need to change outbound day. So I called ticket office today and paid $50 change fee and $200 fare difference. All charged at the same credit card. For some reason, I now need to take my original schedule...
1. Will 24 hour free cancellation policy apply to my case? That means EVA refund $250 to me and I get my original itinerary if I request within 24 hours of my change.
2. If not allowed, can I apply online refund ? I know I need to pay extra $100 cancellation fee.
Any one have similar experience ? Thanks!
