Yup. For my case Citibank replied the fastest and made an effort to call me, requiring additional information. First to receive their cc (as compared to posb, uob, hsbc).

Imo HSBC is the slowest in replying back.

I'm curious to know why I was rejected. If I am rejected... it feels like 99% others would be. Unless they discriminate foreigners vs. locals.

By the way, Citicard approved within 3 business days.
