Don't get too used to it, when the new expanded north checkpoint gets finished that middle PreCheck-only checkpoint will close and everyone will have to use north or south. Within a couple years, MSP is supposed to have reconfigured its entire lobby and baggage claim area. I'd expect the counters along the wall to go away and be replaced with more international style island counters.
