I would listen to everyone here on flyertalk before going on tripadvisor. Mr Ourisman Ms Ourisman, Mr Price, Mr Yagi and many others are all very knowledgeable and I would listen to them before going on TA. I just find that TA has too many fake reviews and over positive or negative reviews
Don't forget however that sometimes it's equally important to ask ourselves where we want to go, plus where we want to stay. The feeling of the gut and the reading between the lines is very important too, be it TA, FT or other sources around the net.
