As I said in another thread, its all part of the 'aura' of security.

I have been on FOUR, yes just FOUR flights since sept. and I got picked at the gate for two of these. The two flights up, no problem; the two flights back, got 'choosen'. Not that I wanted my dirty, uh, clothing picked out and examined, but I started thinking that I hope others get a more, ...'complete' check. Maybe that is for those profiled?

Anyway, a few days later I asked my friend that has to occasionaly 'wand' (what they call it) if they might have picked me because I wasn't in the FF line, obviously not a businessman (mom...'nuf said), or because I looked like I wouldn't make a fuss about it. The reply was not a definite no, but a 'possibly' to any of them.

So maybe you're just so nice they know it will be easy for them, same 'ol stuff, ect.

Edited to add,
You might like to know that my friend got profiled on their last vacation there and back! But, they didn't seem to mind being on the other end of the treatment; maybe because they were flying on vacation!
