For example, on FRA-LHR:-

German Passenger Service Charge (RA) €26.42

But on MUC-LHR:-
Germany Airport Security Charge (DE) €5.82
German Passenger Service Charge (RA) €19.54

nux was not setting out an opinion but stating BA's policy: If the website does not offer the functionality and you have to call, BA's policy is that you have to pay the phone service fee.
