Finally, on a positive note, they replied fast with regard to my missing point form, BUT:

Thank you for contacting Best Western Rewards. We will be glad to assist you with this. We also want to take this opportunity to acknowledge that you are a valued Diamond Elite Rewards member and we appreciate your continued loyalty.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but stays outside of North America require a copy of the hotel receipt or credit card statement be submitted before we can consider credit. If submitting a credit card statement, please advise us of the exact room rate as points are not issued on the total amount paid. Please send the information to:

FAX: 623-780-6988 ATTN: International Points Desk
MAIL: Best Western Awards Center
ATTN: International Points Desk
P.O. Box 42007
Phoenix, AZ 85080-2007

SCAN: You may also attach a copy of the receipt/statement to an email reply: [email protected]

Be sure to include your Best Western Rewards membership number and your name. As our fax machines transmit through the internet please block out any non-essential information before faxing.

Seriously? Copies? Fax? I thought I was from middle age (according to my kids), but this is from A.C. Rest assured I don't care about those points so much that I would bother copying and faxing them anywhere.

No, BW will not be my first choice even if they did one thing good, they replied fast ^
