We will be spending Christmas week in Orlando and I'm looking for suggestions of where to go for Christmas dinner. We're not doing Disney this trip (my kid doesn't actually like amusement parks) but would consider a Disney hotel restaurant if the menu was appealing.
What we want:
- not a chain restaurant
- somewhere somewhat family friendly (kid is a teen, not a toddler)
- dressy, but not top of the price scale
- somewhere willing to accommodate allergies
Preferred cuisines:
steak house
real Italian (not spaghetti w/meat sauce)
seafood
Brazilian Rodizio (sp?) style
modern American (meat/veg/salad options)
Suggestions?
Steak: Perhaps the best steakhouse in Orlando is Christner's Prime Steak and Lobster. It is not a chain restaurant.

Real Italian: Antonio’s La Fiamma, Café D’Antonio
Seafood: Big Fin Seafood Kitchen, Deep Blu Seafood Grille, Ocean Prime, Oceanaire Seafood Room (a chain),
Modern American: A chain restaurant, but a very good one is Seasons 52. They have never disappointed me.
And suggestions for casual but different/fun/not touristy places in Orlando? I miss the Bubble Room!
