Ah, it wasn't the case sensitivity that gave me trouble after all.

When I did the survey, the questions were asked in German. So I answered in German. Now, when I call foreign desks I need to spell out the German word to them. Or put in an English word that I might need to spell out to the German desk.

And workarounds like putting the same generic answer to all questions doesn't make any sense to me either, although this is what I will have to do I suppose.

I continue to believe that I think this is unnecessarily complicated and a true inconvenience.
