I had looked at the information on the Marriott site, which is apparently the same as the information on the Fairfield Inn site, but that led to my questions (above).

My experience is that these "blurbs" are (a) not written under oath (sometimes engage in puffery), and (b) may leave off inconvenient facts (not the "whole truth"). That's why I was asking if anyone had stayed there and could confirm distance and availability of public transport during weekends/evenings.

Also, I'd really appreciate an opinion from someone who has stayed there recently as to the quality of the rooms and service.
