Hmm... all of these were as a very young child....

Braniff Mk I and II (In a very very dim hazy memory I remember a 747 or something large at CRP... it was some sort of special one time flight and we went to Houston and back just to fly it)

Eastern
Western
Muse Air (HOU - DEN IIRC and the plane was absolutely EMPTY. We were the only ones on it... needless to say the FAs were very attentive)
COLite
Tejas Airlines (itty bitty airline flyin' itty bitty planes to itty bitty cities)
Aspen Mountain Air
TWA
The original Midway (IND-MDW)
The original Frontier
Swissair

This might not count but I was aboard an Israeli Defense Force DC-3 taildragger as a kid which was due to be retired shortly after our flight so we were told. Mom hated it but I thought it was the coolest!
