Right, I've used Easyclicktravel in the past (not for BRG, not for Hyatt), and On Request bookings sometimes get confirmed, but sometimes not. So it's entirely fair for Hyatt to reject these cases.

Hopefully they still accept ECT for BRG when the Hyatt is showing as Available.
