An update:
I sent and email to SwiftKey, and they replied fast. They knew the problem very well. It's a bug in iOS 9 that affects all third party keyboards. It's nothing they can do, but they are working with Apple for a fix.
They also told me that I don't need to remove SwiftKey. I just go to any other apps BEFORE logging in and change to Apple's keyboard. I tried it now here in LA, and it works. I tried to change keyboard from within the login, but that didn't help.
