not uncommon for the online system to misprice.
You could complete the purchase online and see if the final price is correct.
Or call instead (if a complex itin config online and then delayed final payment and call to complete).

Should be OK but would not be surprized if an issue occurs.
Stopover == "within 24 hours of {scheduled} arrival" -- 24 hours exact is "within 24 hours"
