It is for converting GBP into EUR as cleary said in their GTC. SEPA transfers are free of charge if in EUR currency. Their must be some disadvantage for the British for refusing to integrate into the EU.
The funny thing is that SEK is part of it although it's not EUR. DKB doesn't charge for conversion from SEK as far as I know. I don't know about DKK, and certainly not GBP.
