I have always write in to MAS if I am unhappy with the replies. MAS will usually forward and request the bank to address the issue. Sometimes. I get a reply. Sometimes still rubbish and will address back to MAS. The more people write in to MAS, then chances maybe higher that things will be more transparentt
I'm not sure if it works for a bank which have backward systems and complex processes. I reckon if it works it would have long time ago.
