Same here, although with restrictions. I'll take them off if I've sprayed my shoes with deodorizers before the flight, or if I can do a quick "sniff test" to make sure I won't be disturbing anyone with their odour, especially on a long-haul. I've sometimes put them back on after realizing that it wasn't fair to others.

For sandals, absolutely - I'll rest my feet on top of them, as keeping them on would actually cause more sweat and odor for my seatmates

I do put them back on for the washroom, though.
