Now that's one sexy hangar queen.

Myself, never had the pleasure but did get to see one of BA Concordes up close, of all places, while waiting for my bush plane in the cavernous barn of a terminal that was the old Harare airport (Zimbabwe) on Oct 31, 1993 when Concorde made an apparent charter stop there.

If you want to see a video of what I saw, a fellow traveler took some video of the aircraft while it was there. It appears to be the same aircraft as in your picture, albeit with an older livery. I wasn't into all that plane stuff back then like tail numbers and, like a dope, all my video gear was in my checked bag getting loaded onto the bush plane.


Glad they're preserving the old gal.
