Many of you probably heard this story, but I ran across it will doing some research and felt it was worth a thread.
I found this while looking at a Rudy Maxa article on 2001’s oddest travel anecdotes. It seems that a couple traveling on business arrived at a Houston hotel at 2:00AM to find they had no rooms, despite their having a guaranteed reservation (gee, how many of us has this happened too...).
Well, one of the travelers later sat down and penned a complaint to the hotel general manager in the form of a PowerPoint presentation called "Yours is a very Bad Hotel", which they sent not only to the hotel, but to several friends. And they sent it to several friends, and well, you get the idea.
Rudy included a link to the presentation, but it was no longer there. But being the Internet travel expert I am, I found another copy (there are actually many copies still available for viewing).
