glitch at cdg
thanks for the quick replies.
she was at the gate arriving from goa on airfrance/delta ticket.
before boarding they called her name and took her ticket and said she is not on the boarding list because of a glitch in the computer system. They then re-issued a flight from cdg to boston to indianapolis - seven hours later.
her luggage was lost arriving goa for 6 days- her luggage was also lost returning for five days.
